II
Farmhouse, now private house. Possibly mid C17. Extended in circa mid C19. Slate
stone rubble, rendered on front and right hand gable end. Rag slate double pitched
roof with gable ends to parallel front and rear ranges. Stone rubble stacks on gable
ends of front range and brick shafts to stone rubble stacks on gable ends of rear

refenestrated. In circa late C19 a single-storey lean-to outshot was added on the
left hand gable end.

Ground floor with 2 sashes flanking circa C19 6-panel door which is disposed to the

C19 casements in brick segmental openings.
