C18. Granite ashlar. 2 storeys and basement, and additional modern attic storey.
3 windows, sashes, the outer ones 3-light 2-storeyed canted C19 wood oriel sash
bays with cornices. Cornice and parapet. To left 2 storey one window open
porch with Tuscan columns and entablature, with steps up and platform with railings.
To right roughcast projection 3 storeys semi-circular headed window 1st floor,
doorway under. Including iron railings to basement wall. Included for group
value.
