GV II
Public house. Probably mid to later C19. Snecked killas with granite quoins and
dressings (sides and rear of uncoursed rubble), asbestos tile roof. Double-depth
plan. two storeys and 3 bays, symmetrical; central panelled door with shallow
overlight, large name board above; 16-pane sashed windows, those at 1st floor
unhorned. Hipped roof with projecting eaves, and now no chimneys. Interior not
inspected. Forms group with Tregony House to the left (q.v.).
