TL 51 NE GREAT CANFIELD

2/33 THE POUND HOUSE

Cottage, C18, extended in C19 and C20. Timber-framed, plastered, tiled
roofs. bays with central chimney stack and lobby-entrance, lean-to extensions
at each end, C19, C20 extension at rear. Single storey with attics.
Gambrel roof half-hipped at each end. Weatherboarded dado. On ground floor
3 C20 casement windows and C20 gabled porch, 2 catslide dormers with C20
casement windows. Y-plan stair to rear of chimney stack, probably original.
Original floorboards.
