Cottage possibly for fisherman originally. C17/C18 and extended C19. Slatestone
rubble walls, wheat reed thatched roof hipped to left with rubble chimney to gable
end right and to gable end of rear wing plus rear brick lateral stacks. 2 room plan
plus 2 room wing forming L shape plus later infill in angle. 2 storeys. 1 window
south front, possibly originally rear. Nearly central doorway, boarded door, domed
thatched hood. 2 light casement to right with 18 panes and 1 form of 2 hipped ends
with valley between. Later left wing set back slightly.
