Wellhouse, now store. 1840 (datestone) built for Letitia Trelawney on Trelawney
Estate. Stone rubble with stone rubble corbelled roof with gable ends, moulded stone
eaves, moulded granite ridge and granite ball finials on gable ends. Rectangular
plan. Wellhouse with entrance in gabled end with dressed stone segmental arch
recessed on inner side to take plank door. Small slit and carved datestone above
inscribed T . Small slit on rear gable end.

Interior Slate floor with well hole obscured by coal dust. Walls plastered.
Positioned on north west side of earlier west entrance to Trelawne House (qv).
Wellhouse not marked on 1840 Tithe Apportionment Map and was therefore probably
erected after survey.
