Shop with living accommodation. Early C19 with C20 alterations. Granite and
slatestone rubble with brick dressings, part rendered, slate roof.
Originally 2-room plan heated by gable end stack to left, extended to front left
probably early C19 with later C19 1½ storey lean-to added to left side.
2 storeys. Canted bay to right through 2 storeys, with 16-pane light with toplights
to each side at ground floor, 2-light casements with toplights at first floor,
rendered between floors and with hipped roof. All windows C20 replacements. Shop to
left has 4-light C20 bow window, 12-pane light above with brick segmental head. Left
side has C20 door, gable end to left rendered, with external stack, C20 sash at first
floor to right. Right side has lean-to with 4-pane round-headed window, 6-pane
casement to front. Rear has asbestos slate roof, single storey lean-to with C20
window at first floor right, all rendered.
