SX 25 NW DULOE TREGARLANDBRIDGE

Mill house. Circa early C18 extended with front wing in circa 1840. Stone rubble
and cob, painted and rendered with steeply pitched slate roof with gable ends, hipped
projecting wing on front to left and gabled stair. projection from right-hand room on
rear. Brick chimney stack on right-hand gable end and at junction with front
projecting wing on left.
Probably 2 room and through passage plan with stair in shallow projecting wing
leading from right-hand room on rear. Further room added in projecting wing on
front.
2 storeys, regular 3-window front. Entrance with C20 timber door below slate hood at
angle with projecting wing. To right, C19 2-light casement with glazing bars with
12-pane fixed casement and 2-light casement above. In projecting wing on left, 16-
pane sashes without horns in segmental brick arches to ground and first floor. C20
extension set back from right-hand gable end.
Interior not inspected.
Millhouse for cornmill with race, located on Tithe Apportionment map of 1841.
