House: c.1820. Coursed, squared, buff, sandstone rubble. Kerridge
stone-slate roof, stone ridge and 2 stone chimneys. 2-storey, 3-bay
front. End bays have 3-light wooden casements under rough stone
lintels. Central C20 studded board door under rough stone lintel.

This house is attached at right angles to Ginclough Mill (q.v.).
