Rectory, now house, probably early C18 altered and extended C19 and
internally mid C20. Brown brick; tiled roof. 2 storeys plus attics,
3 windows; the front is symmetrical. Slightly projecting central bay
has double 3-panel part-glazed doors with flush lower panels;
radial-bar fanlight; 18-pane near-flush sash to 2nd storey and 12-pane
recessed sash to attic; a pair of 18-pane sashes to each main storey
in each wing. Lantern with pyramidal roof over centre of ridge above
stair; large flush gable chimneys. C19 extensions and modifications
at rear.
Interior: With good features including open-well early C18 oak stair
and doors of several types, circa 1700; C19 pine-panelled study with
Gothick fireplace.
