Cottage. C18. Gault brick and steeply pitched roof, now slated with south
end parapet on kneelers and dentil eaves cornice. Ridge and end stack. One
storey and attic. Two gable dormers. Three ground floor windows of two small
pane horizontal sliding sashes and a hung sash. Segmental arch to two
doorways, one having a flush panelled door.
