Small late C17 or early C18 shop. Timber-framed with thatched
roof, street facade much altered by large shop window. One
storey and attic, side passage to left hand. Thatched dormer
window. Interior has main ceiling beam and floor joists
exposed. Included for historic value as only remaining thatched
building similar to those photographed by Sam Smith, c.1850.
