GV II

House, now offices. Late C18. Grey brick headers with red
brick dressings. Roof concealed. Brick stack to left and
rendered stack to right. 3 storeys, 4 bays. On right,
9-panelled door, the top 3 panels glazed, with panelled
reveals and soffit, architrave and flat hood on shaped
brackets. 3 sashes on left and four 12-pane sashes on 1st
floor all under cambered gauged brick arches with keystones. 4
12-pane sashes to second floor, with heads directly below
eaves board. Rear: similar but 2 left bays, and has flat roof
at first floor level with five escape stairs. Left return in
Flemish bond with one 12-pane on first floor blind window
below. Battered stone plinth at ground level. 2 iron ties at
first floor level. INTERIOR not inspected.
