House. Late C18/early C19. Grey brick in header bond with red
brick dressings to windows and quoins. Roof concealed; brick
stack to right. 3 storeys and basement, 1 bay. On left 3 stone
steps up to late C20 door in wood surround with flanking
pilasters and flat entablature. On right and first floor a
16-pane sash, 12-pane unequally-hung sash to 2nd floor, gauged
brick arches. Brick dentil band with stone capping above 2nd
floor. Stone coped parapet. INTERIOR not inspected.
