A Grade II* Listed Building in Exton, Devon

"Exton House" Exton ca. 1960

A house card from about 1960 I found among a number of postcards from a trip my great aunt and great uncle took to England from the USA, in 1960 and had visited and stayed at Exton Farm across the road, with the Alford Family, Mrs. Phyllis (Burgoin) Alford, at the time, was a cousin of my great uncle. Presume this was given to them by the then occupants of the property and it has languished for many years in their photo albums and travel keepsakes. You can see the chimneys of the old house at Exton Farm in the very far right edge of the photo.
