Cottage. Mid-C18 incorporating parts of an earlier house. Coursed rubble with
gritstone dressings, quoins, coped gables with moulded kneelers, east gable ashlar
ridge stack, concrete tiles. Gable to street. Two storeys, with glazing bar
sashes within flush stone frames to westside of gable. Plain doorway with C20
glazed door. North east wall contains blocked surround to C17 mullioned windows
and two blocked doorways, one with C17 chamfered quoined surround. Listed for
group value only.
