GV II

Victorian commercial premises. Late C19. Stucco, with a slate roof. Classical
symmetrical front (north) of 2 storeys, 5 windows. Modillion cornice, end
pilasters (rusticated to the 1st floor), 2nd floor band. Architraves to openings,
at the 2nd floor with keys and cill brackets, at the 1st floor with cornice above
cambered arch. Mid C20 shop-front to the ground floor. The return elevation
to South Street has general classical form, with plainer features.
