Farmhouse. Early-mid C19. Brick, Welsh slate roof. Initially a reversed U-plan with
two gabled wings at back, later gabled block inserted between these; front block with
gable stack, left, this gable attached to long single storey barn continue left, to
Kingston Road. Two storeys, 3-windowed, sashes with original glazing bars under
stepped voussoir lintols with projecting keystone, central 6-panel door. Under C20
trellis porch. Rear wings, two storeys, with 2-light casements.
This farmhouse with barn holds an important position on the corner of Longaston Lane
and Kingston Road, and groups with Rectory Farm (q.v.).
