One building, possibly originally 2 houses, with one flat on first
floor and 3 ground floor shops: Windrush Valley Cleaners/Burford
Laundry; The Sewing Box; Derek Walker, Butcher. Early C19.
Incised render with moulded cornice and blocking course, slate
roof, central tall brick ridge stack. Single range, 2 storeys.
Four windows on first floor, 16-pane sashes with moulded cemented
architraves. Ground floor has large double C20 shop front to left,
and window and door opening to right with similar surrounds and C20
glazing to shop. Through passage to far right with double plank
doors and transom light.
