Garage and garage house, now a residence. Circa 1901 by W Wood
Bethell for Richard Benyon Croft as an adjunct to Fanhams Hall
qv. Roughcast with extensive ashlar stonework and steep red
tile roofs with cable parapets. A one and a half storeys
irregular picturesque building with house facing N and E into
garden, with garage on S. Mullioned stone windows with leaded
casements. Buttressed garage wing with hipped dormers in
roofslope and dark boarded garage doors.
