Circa 1820 canal-side works and warehouse, a 2 storey rectangular red brick
block with central yard. Hipped slate roof with moulded bed to shallow eaves.
Symmetrical with 2 1/2 bay wings flanking pediment-gabled centre break with
broad basket handle arched waggon way into yard. Revealed 3 x 3 pane sashes
with rubber brick flat arches, stone sills. Small attic light above archway.
Canal side elevation has similar fenestration and 2 loading bays.
