House. Circa 1800. Roughcast with plain tiled roof. Three storeys with
parapet to hipped roof with stack to left. Glazing bar sashes on 2nd
floor and ground floor, and shallow bow on 1st floor with tripartite window,
originally glazing bar sashes, now sash and casement. Half-glazed door to
right return 2 storey wing with glazing bar sash over. Shown on Collard and
Hurst's 1822 map, and first rated c.1798. (Busson/Ramsgate, 108).
