Rectory now dwelling. Early C19, east wing 1860. Rendered, Welsh slate hipped
roofs, central unit and wings have V-joint pilaster strips. Centre block 3-storeyed
with plinth, wood cornice and stone blocking course, full height flat bays 3-
windowed, 12-pane sashes over 16-pane sashes all with stone cills, central C20 door
in broad surround with V-joints; wings are 2 storeys, 12-pane over 3-light sashes
with glazing bars. Wings are with independent hipped roofs. Interior has many
original doors and shutters, and a stair, possibly of 1860, in elliptical hall,
back (to first floor only, then moves across). At back is stone vaulted cellar.
VCH records that the Rectory '... was ... rebuilt or remodelled in 1814 ...' with
west wing in 1820 and east wing 1860.
