Two houses and former shop. Probably C18 with later alterations. Roughcast stone with
slate roof. Two storeys, three bays, the 1st bay forming Bluebell Cottage. Bluebell
Cottage has casement windows and lean-to porch. Bridge House and former stores have
sashed windows with vertical glazing bars, C19 shop window and entrance to 2nd
bay have segmental-headed panes, panelled pilasters and fascia; entrance to
right has 4-fielded-panel door. Cross-axial stack, gable-end stack and lateral
stack. Right return has sashed window. Rear of Bluebell Cottage has gabled
wing with limestone dressings, garage door, loading door, now glazed, and mill
stone inscribed "1857/IR".
