Service range. Circa 1840. Sandstone rubble, sandstone dressings and Welsh
slate roof. Rectangular plan aligned roughly north/south. Two storeys.
East elevation has 2:1:1:1 windows, casements with gablet to left of centre
containing narrow loop-like window and gable front to right hand side with
4-light casement to first floor and 3-light to ground floor; three entries
one under a fanlight to left, one with 4-centred head beneath gablet and one
with a transom light to left of gable front. Conspicuous position flanking
Treago (qv). Included for group value.
