House. C16, extended to right in C18. Timber framed, exposed below on rubble
plinth with whitewashed rendered infilling and tile hung first floor in 'club'
pattern and canted out over ground floor. Whitewashed brick underbuild to
ground floor right with brick infilling to thin frame exposed above. Plain
tiled roof, hipped to right, half-hipped to right of centre and hipped to left,
some Horsham slabs on eaves courses. Two storeys with attic in half-hipped bay
to right. Square stack to right of centre and further stacks to rear. First
floor jettied on moulded bressumer with five diamond-pane leaded casement
windows to first floor, four windows below. Two diamond-pane first floor and
one ground floor window under drip-board to right hand bays. Half-glazed door
to right of centre under stack and flat hood on braces. Wings to rear with
further door in left hand return front under pentice porch hood.
