C18. Three storeys. Tiled gabled roof with gable end facing Eastgate Square. Two window bays (one in third storey). Red brick (stuccoed on east front facing Market Avenue). On side facing Eastgate Square: sash windows in reveals in flat arches; glazing bars intact; moulded frames ; blinds over first floor windows which are larger. Small three sided canted bays on ground floor with central doorway (blocked up) and small fascia over.
