Large advertise- ment panel (without advertisement) between 1st and 2nd floor windows; sash windows with flush boxes in flat arches; glazing bars intact on 2nd floor only. 3 light shop window on ground floor with advertisement and dentilled cornice over. Door up steps in reveals. Doorway to No 17 to west of this.
