Cottage, formerly two. C17. Timber framed with lath and plaster infill. Thatched
half-hipped roof; brick ridge stack. 2-unit outshut plan. One storey and attic;
one-window range. Gable end to road has jowled posts. Ribbed door on left, in
outshut with roof down to height of one metre. C20 metal casements with leaded
lights. Sides and rear have exposed framing, with jowled posts. Right return
side has C20 rendered porch with catslide roof and door facing road. Left and
right sides have raked roof dormer. Interior not inspected.
