Cottage. C17. Timber framed with lath and plaster infill. Thatched roof; brick
ridge stack. 3-unit plan. One storey and attic; 2-window range. C20 door and
brick and weatherboard porch. Irregular fenestration; C19 and C20 casements
throughout. 3 ground-floor windows with thatched hoods. 2 swept dormers. End
walls and rear have exposed framing; right end wall has decorative bracing.
Interior: Much exposed framing. Open fireplace with chamfered bressumer. C19 or
C20 single-storey wing partly across right end and to rear.
