SO 32 NW LLANVEYNOE CP -

6/37 Olchon House

- II

Farmhouse. Possibly C16 core, extensively remodelled during late C17 or
early C18, further C20 alterations. Rendered sandstone rubble with Welsh
slate roof, rectangular plan aligned east/west with main axial stack backing
onto through-passage, further east gable-end stack, continuous lean-to
addition to north side. Two storeys and attics; south front: one 4-light
casement window to left and one 2-light to right; ground floor: one 2-light
casement window and large 3-light window to left with similar large window
to right of trellised gabled porch with inner chamfered wooden framed door-
way and half-glazed door. Interior noted as having plank-and-muntin screen.
