Description


CITY OF WESTMINSTER WELBECK STREET Wl TQ 2881 SE 56/9 (east side) No 8 5.2.70 II GV Terrace house. Mid C18. Yellow,stock brick, slate roof, similar to No 7. Four storeys and basement. Three windows wide. Ground floor has stuccoed rustication, the windows in architrave surrounds. Entrance to left: 6 panel door, rectangular fanlight, cornice hood on console brackets. Upper floors have revealed sashes, glazing bars intact to third floor, under flat gauged arches. First floor plat band. Parapet with coping. Cast iron area railings with tasselled spearhead finials. Interior altered.
