Dwelling house. 1922. Oliver Hill. Neo-Georgian. Grey brick, red dressings, pantiled
roof. Two storeys, five windows wide. Door to second bay from left, with stone
architrave. Most ground floor windows blind, with wooden trellis-work overlaid.
Windows with segmental heads and stone keystones, sashes retaining glazing bars. Brick
band between storeys. Large chimney stack to right. Wall continues to right and
curves forward to meet area railings, and again after gate.
Interior not seen.
