Public House. 1865. Yellow brick with some red brick. Stucco. Three storeys, 4
windows wide. Eclectic Gothic. Three rusticated arches to stuccoed ground floor. Two
entrances and carriageway to right. Segmental heads to windows to first and second
floor, with pointed relieving arches over. Continuous cast iron balcony to first
floor, of unusual design. Top floor with rope mouldings over windows, with splayed
rope ends to imposts. Stucco cornice with elongated brackets. Blocking course rising
to pediment with arch. Inscribed "Hollywood Arms". Acid etched glass on holly theme.
Some original fittings inside, perhaps reorganised.
