Farmhouse and attached outbuilding. Mid C18 and early C19. Brick with pantile
roofs and brick coped gables with kneelers to main block. A single ridge and four
gable stacks. T-plan. Two storey. Main, mid C18 block 3 bays with first floor
brick band. Central doorway with C20 glazed door and overlight flanked by single
margin light sashes. Above, 2 similar sashes flanking a slightly narrower similar
sash. All openings have brick segment headed wedge lintels. To the right a 2 bay,
2 storeys slightly lower extension, the ground floor is blank, above 2 margin light
sashes. To the rear a 5 bay 2 storey wing with glazing bar sashes throughout and
a central round headed doorway with rusticated ashlar block around the arch, with
a C20 door and fanlight above. Brick coped, ramped wall with gate adjoining at
eastern corner connects with a small single storey L-plan outbuilding with 3 plank
doors.
