South doorway. The fine inner doorway has deeply recessed continuously moulded surround with 4-centred arched head and a hood hould. The battlemented label stops appear to be 1821 reproductions of an interesting feature. The original planked door has contemporary strap hinges and a pierced iron plate (with crosses) which used to hold a closing ring. (Photo Apr 2008).
