GV II

House. Early C18, raised a storey early C19, and C17 rear wing. Red brick with
rubble stone plinth and Welsh slate roof with brick end stacks. Band and brick
dentilled eaves. 3 storeys of 3 2-light wooden mullion and transom windows.
2 blocked windows between. On ground floor 4 similar windows and central door
with 10-pane overlight. Here tall gauged brick lintels touching the band. On
2nd floor 3 2-light casements. On left end a 1 1/2 storey extension with Swithland
slate roof and further casements. To rear a 2 storey wing with rubble stone
ground floor and timber framed 1st floor. 1 bay, 3 x 2 square panels with braces.
Brick nogging. Swithland slate roof. 1 storey lean-to in angle between ranges
and small section of rubble stone walling above.
