Farm house, built of brick and dated 1710 in the east gable. Five bays, two and a half storeys. End chimney stacks of brick. Welsh slate roof. Brick storey band and dentilled eaves band. The house, the annex to the left, and the separate building on the right, were heightened in C19 using thicker bricks. Extension to right, perpendicular to house, has east wall C19 in Flemish bond with dentilled eaves band. The street front has windows of 24 panes, of which 8 form a casement; 16 and 8 the 3rd storey. Gauged brick heads to the ground floor windows meet the storey band; simple brick heads to the first floor. Central doorway with wood mullioned 8 light above. (Photo Mar 2008).
