(Formerly listed under
Moorside Road)

House, late C17th, altered. Slobbered rubble with roof of slate on southern
side and modern tiles on north. 2-cell plan. 2 storeys, 2 bays. Windows
rebated and chamfered and formerly of 4 lights. Each on the ground floor has
2 mullions remaining. On the 1st floor each has one mullion remaining.
Blocked doorway between bays. End chimneys. Left-hand gable has coping with
kneeler. At the left of the facade a short section of drip course remains
over each storey. The rear (north) side has rebated and chamfered window
surrounds but no mullions. Inside, the ground floor contains no features of
interest.
