C18 or early C19. 2 storeys. Brick with stone band at ground floor level.
Stone string at 1st floor level. Chamfered stone quoins. Moulded stone cornice.
Brick parapet with stone coping. Slate roof. 3 windows on 1st floor, late
glazed sashes with plain stone surrounds. 2 larger similar windows, 4 panes
wide, on ground floor and 6 panel central door, flush type, with arched radiating
fanlight in plain stone surround. Set back from road with brick retaining
wall along road, concrete coping, and entrance to left hand in curved recess
with square brick piers and plain early C19 cast iron gate with mushroom tops
to rails and dog rails. Wide car entry drive to right.
