Farmhouse, now house. Probably late C16, with mid C20 additions to left and
rear. Painted brick to central range with fragmentary timber-framing; painted
brick to ground floor of cross-wing to right with main posts to corners; large
timber-framing with painted brick infill to first floor of cross-wing to right;
old plain-tile roof; massive stone internal stack to rear right with diagonally
set brick flues. Single storey and attic; 3-window main range with 2-storey
cross-wings to left and right. C20 door to mid C20 porch at right of main range.
Irregular fenestration of C19 casements, having lattice glazing bars. 2 C20
raking dormers to centre. Queen post roof truss to gable end of cross-wing to
right. Interior not inspected but reputed to have chamfered and stop ended
ceiling beams, and large open stone fireplaces.
