Public House, late C18. Whitewashed slate-hanging facing to morte slates with
slate roof hipped at right end. Brick stack at left gable end and lateral brick
stacks to rear enclosed in 2-storeyed flat roofed extension. Further single storey
flat-roofed at right end. 2 storeys 4 window range of C19/20 mostly horned sashes
8 panes in upper sashes over 3 similar windows, all with wooden C19 sliding
shutters. 2 gabled porches with slate roofs that to right is slate-hung and that
to left is C20 addition with half-glazed inner door. Interior much altered.
