Farmhouse. C17, C18 and early C19. Coursed squared sandstone with sandstone
dressings and quoins. Welsh slate roof with central ridge stack to main block and
ridge stack to north wing. Stone coped gables with moulded kneelers. Two storeys.
Main range with cross wing projecting from both sides. Square plinth. North
elevation double fronted, with gabled wing projecting to right. Central doorway has
moulded doorcase with half columns. C20 glazed door. Flanked by glazing bar sashes
under wedge stone lintels. C20 louvred shutters. Two similar windows above. Return
wall of projecting wing has a staircase window at intermediate height, under wedge
stone lintel and with C20 glazing. The garden elevation has a projecting gabled bay
with a glazing bar sash to each floor. To the left is a small rectangular window to
the ground floor. To the right is a glazing bar sash to each floor, and to the right
again, a 3-light casement.
