House, now 2 dwellings. C16, floored and heated in C17. Extended and
altered in C19. Timber frame on brick base, roughcast. Tiled roof. 3 bay
open hall with C19 cross wing to right. 1 storey and attic with 2 storey
cross wing. 2 entrances in hall range with plank doors under raking
tiled hoods, both as lobby entrys to ridge stacks with diagonal shafts
rebuilt in C19. Between entrances a 3 light flush frame diamond leaded
light casement, similar 2 lights to left. Two 2 light gabled dormers.
Roof half hipped to left end. Cross wing to right has a taller ridge, 1
bay of 3 light diamond leaded light casements. Exposed plates and
purlins. Right end has 2 single light casements, secondary entrance in
left end. Interior not inspected.
