House. Date on brick quoin, 17EE32. Coursed limestone rubble with brick
dressings; old tile roof; stone left end stack rebuilt in C20. 2-unit plan. One
storey and attic; 2-window range. Timber lintel over C19 plank door set in
leaded architrave: C20 gabled hood. Segmental brick arches over C19 three-light
casements: late C19 gabled dormers with 2-light casements. One-bay outhouse to
left is weatherboarded with hipped old tile roof. Interior: room to left has
full set of chamfered and stopped beams and joists, and open fireplace adjoining
winder stairs. Ribbed first-floor door. 2-bay roof with closed truss.
