C15 timber framed. Facade has painted brick ground floor, 1st floor jettied
out and now faced with painted roughcast. Very steeply pitched, old tiled
roof. 2 storeys, ground floor has corner window to Bell Street and 3
other irregular windows including small canted bay with glazing bars and
C18 shop window (not now used as such). 1st floor 4 windows with reproduction,
3 light, leaded casements, probably in old window spaces.
No 2 forms part of a group with Nos 45, 45A and 47, Nos 53 to 81 (odd)
Nos 44 to 52 (even) and Nos 60 to 64 (even) Bell Street.
