House. RCHM 113. A 4-storeyed C18 stuccoed front on a C17 house with cellars,
a moulded cornice, parapet, red brick stacks and a Welsh slate roof, in which
is a gabled attic dormer. The ground floor is rusticated. The East side
is roughcast; the West side is stuccoed and partly covered with roof felting.
In each floor is a shallow projecting 3-sided bay with sash windos,
that on the lst floor having a moulded cornice over it. 6-panel door. On
the West is an C18-C19 rainwater head and pipe. At the back is part of the
City in wall.
Church of St Michael, Cornmarket Street and Nos 1 to 6 (consec), 8 to 16
(consec) form a group.
