House. RCHM 115. Early C17 remodelled in Cl8. 3-storeyed stuccoed timber-framed
front with cellars, overhang at upper floors, moulded wood cornice and a
red brick side stack. In the roof is a long attic dormer set back. In each
floor are 3 Cl8-C19 sash windows in plain wood frames. The over-sailings
are supported on wood brackets. 6-panel door. Interior has contemporary
fittings.
Church of St Michael, Cornmarket Street and Nos 1 to 6 (consec), 8 to 16
(consec) form a group.
