House. RCHM 117. 3-storeyed roughcast C18 front on a C17 core with an overhang
at the 1st floor. The moulded cornice at the 1st floor is continuous with
Nos 14 and 15 as is also the eaves cornice and parapet. In the lst floor
are a double sash window and 2 single sash windows in moulded frames. In
the 2nd floor are 2 3-light and 1 2-light casement windows. In the cellar
is some rubble walling in the line of the City Wall. (RCHM page 170b.).
? Possibly C18 fittings. Major internal. alterations 1971.

Church of St Michael, Cornmarket Street and No 1 to 6 (consec), 8 to 16
(consec) form a group.
