House. Mid C18 and mid C19. Squared coursed limestone with Collyweston slate
roof. Originally 2-unit plan. 2 storeys with attic. 2-window range of C20
casements under wood lintels. C20 French doors to left, also under wood lintels.
Some evidence of refenestration to ground floor. One Lincolnshire roof dormer.
Ashlar stack to left and brick stack to right. C19 two-storey wing to rear.
Interior not inspected but noted as having ceiling beams. Included for group
value.
